What is GK figure/statues?

A garage kit or resin kit is an assembly scale model kit most commonly cast in polyurethane resin.

Garage kits are generally produced in small quantities, from the tens to a few hundred copies, compared to injection-molded plastic kits which are produced in many thousands. This is due to the labor-intensive nature of the manufacturing process and the relatively low market demand.

Resin casting garage kit production is the most labor-intensive. The upside is that creating the initial mold is much less costly than in the injection-molding process.

Vinyl garage kits are produced by using liquid vinyl Plastisol in a spin casting process known as slush molding. It is more complex than resin casting, but less expensive and less sophisticated than the injection molding used for most plastic products. It is not something that is commonly done in a basement or garage.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every country has a different shipping rate. The Shipping cost depends on volumetric weight and actual weight, whichever is higher. Shipping fee will be calculated when the order is ready for shipment. Shipping fees are not included for all orders. Invoice with shipping fee will be sent through email for making a payment. Please make sure all the contact details and shipping address is correct before making payment. Those who failed to complete payment within 3 days will be marked as cancelled order and no refund for any payment.

Estimated shipping and delivery days may be delayed due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic affecting global shipping services. It will normally take 5-7days for every order. The shipping fee does not include any import tax, GST, VAT etc. We are not responsible with any custom taxes & VAT charged towards customers especially passing through the border of a country. 

Customers will receive an email about tracking information only after completing full payment of item as well as shipping fees. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking numbers to update in a specific shipping provider company once receive tracking information.

When will I receive the package? 

Estimated completion date of GK figures/statues is in the form of Quarter stated below.

Q1 (1st Quarter): January - March

Q2 (2nd Quarter): April - June

Q3 (3rd Quarter): July - September

Q4 (4th Quarter): October - December

Customers should know that most of the GK figures/ statues are handmade. Usually studios need 3-4 months of production cycle. Sometimes the studio may increase the production cycle for the perfect quality of GK figures/statues. The mailing period is about one week or longer depends on the shipping company. We will provide the tracking number by Email.

Package damaged

All shipping fee does not include shipping insurance, unless otherwise stated. All damages to the item are not claimable and non-refundable if shipping insurance is not included in the shipping fee. Please contact us if you would like to insure your item with shipping insurance.

How to cancel pre-order?

You may cancel the order with us, but there will be NO REFUND for all of the payments (Deposit/ Balance/ Full Payment) made. 

Return and Refund policy

Only if the order is cancelled by the Studios/Otaku GK, customers will get a full refund.

Does it mean that my order is fulfilled if I made the payment?

Can I deliver to PO Box?

NO. All of our shipping partners do not support PO Box.
